That would be your "Traction Control"...Either disengaged or not functioning properly. There's a Buton Right ahead of the Shifter that engages/disengages the feature.

i need help with a problem i got with my bmw 325i. there is a light that has a "circle with triangle in the middle". can some tell me what that light means??? thanks

@twisted5abi This is ASC/DSC light. From BMW 3er users manual: "Automatic Stability Control plus Traction (ASC+T)/Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) l Indicator lamp flashes: The system is active and governs drive force and braking force. The indicator lamp stays lit: ASC+T has been switched off via the button, or it is defective, or, the DSC has been turned off, ADB is in ready mode."
