Kudos to the unit, and Rick for trying, I really mean that... HOWEVER, that being said, I have to ask . where does the "victim" go when (s)he leaves the building? Also, you have to understand that offenders have no, ZERO respect for court orders. How you you ENSURE the victim they will NOT be attacked?
