It figures, the Palmdale Gestapo isn't concerned with big business wasting water. They kiss up to any business that wants to build here. Their main concern are the residents wasting water. Palmdale used to be a nice place to live, gangs, drugs & the rapid development have reduced the quality of life big time. So has progress, they removed all the trees on my street to install sidewalks. Most of the trees were 50 yrs old. It's hot enough here without more concrete and no trees!

Is there a real shortage of water...I can't imagine considering that it is raining out..whatever!!
