I was involved in a car accident recently (not my fault), wherein I suffered some head injuries. I haven't been feeling the best and started feeling very sorry for myself. This has uplifted me, my spirits, I am not feeling so defeated after watching this, and I cannot begin to tell you how much Joel brings to my life. For all the knockers out there who are quick to put Joel down, well you are the losers, because Joel brings only hope and goodness

@joshua59771 Dear Joshua,do not be discouraged,do not let ur heart grow weary and tired of waiting,life is not easy smtims it may look lik a dead end,we all go trough this times,you are right only God can help you at any stage in ur life,do not put ur hope in people otherw u will b disappointed,you seem to be on a edge,but u have the answer ,get back up and boldly say :I will not give up,no mater wht is going on around me,God loves you ,He is closer to you that you imagine,just stay put,Hugs

We respond to others when they cry and we know that Christ is more loving than we are so we know that Christ responds to tears. In fact, when we respond to someone's tears that is Christ in us that is responding. I can give you so many examples in scripture where God/Christ responds to love, humility, prayers, mercy et cetera. So it is false that God doesn't respond to anything but faith.

One of the differences between teaching someone and judging someone is looking to see if our words edify or are they condemning. Joyce Meyer said that we need more Christians in power, but our entire congress, all our presidents and almost all our justices have been Christian. Most preachers say" God doesn't respond to anything but our faith...they say He doesn't respond to our fears or tears." Peter cried out to the Lord when he was sinking into the sea and Christ responded...

@joshua59771 There is only one scripture in the NT that exhorts people to go to church. Heb 10:25. The main point of going to church is to fellowship and learn the Word. We don't get to fellowship or share much at church. It's all the preacher talking and not answering questions or letting people share. The Christian church today is Pharisitical. What are the main issues that you feel God is not answering?

I just feel burned out with church. I have been a Christian for a long time and just feel like God is a million miles away. I get all the same answers from everyone that I talk to...My grace is sufficient for thee...or you are just in a valley and God is there but you have to learn a lesson...the same old phrases. No one but God can help me now...but He's not helping. I'm just growing callused to the world and I feel like not even God cares anymore.
