If you dedicate yourself to it you may find that your best throwing is ahead of you. A lot of sacrifice is required but the thrower's life has been drastically extended, if you love throwing don't quit...lift and perfect your speed and technique.

Man I practice so much and work so hard and I've never put out anything farther than a 170. What these guys do is fascinating and it's so hard to appreciate until you throw!
