What i would like to add to this video is why a veteran pilot would crash a helicopter straight into sea. Every helicopter pilot learns how to "land" when the engine is out but the rotor's are still spinning. (wings flat, last moment you pull wings up again and you have a termendous lift to still land gently in water).

Meaning: pilot doesn't have a helicopter diploma or this was a goof.

my theory about claire is that she actually died in the house explosion in season 4 episode 9 and when sawyer "saves" her, she was actually a physical aperition. thats the reason why miles was so interested in her and staring at her throughout episode 10
