1. Eliminate The Carbs
One rapid way to drastically reduce your weight is to get rid of all carbohydrates from your meals. To do this effectively you should spread it across a six-day period and eat mostly fats and moderate amounts of protein. When the 7th day rolls around, eat mostly carbs, with moderate protein and no carbs. Doing a cyclical diet like this will have you shedding the weight like crazy. You see what happens is when you are only eating fats without carbs, your body starts using the fats as fuel. You will notice that your body will start burning fats like crazy because it will become a fat shedding machine.
2. Start Exercising
When you exercise you will decrease the time it takes you to lose weight. Once you've been eating fats for a good amount of time and combining that with some exercise, you'll enter into a state called "ketosis". Once in this state you will be able to see the fat coming off at an accelerated rate, although you do want to break this up every now and then with a "carb up" day on day 7. This carb up day stops your body from thinking it's starving and instead holding onto the fat that you want to get rid of.
I encourage you to jog often or use the treadmill as this will really create a ripple effect and speed up the process.
