When you drag it into the render window hover the mouse over another object on the same level (ie the floor on the wall piece) and it will stack, putting it on the same level. :)

Dropping them in the blank gray space is what causes them to float like that.

Did anyone else noticed on the date on there screen this is made in 2011 and the first one in 2012?

ANSWER TO COMMON PROBLEM

YES! For anyone out there who had my same problem after a lot of searching through the program I found that if you click on "view" in the top tool bar while Creation Kit is open and then click "Bright Light" when it opens a list, nothing is black anymore and you can see all color.

I've been having a major problem with render, I realize this has been asked before but no one has ever answered. When I drag walls into creation kit it is black. If I zoom in real close I can see color but other than that no. Please if anyone can help it would be very appreciated. If not I understand your probably sick of some people asking question that were answered in the vid.
