A group of leading international scientists, doctors and professors have spent their lives trying to find out what is the best way to eat. A pattern has begun to emerge in their research, which shows that our animal-based diets are the cause of our most challenging health and environmental problems. Having to battle against their own beliefs, and those of the institutions they worked for, they have come up with a solution that will change peoples lives forever. They share their ideas on how we can not only prevent prevalent diseases like cancer and heart disease but also cure them. And also how applying the same principles can dramatically reduce our greenhouse gas emissions, at the same time as providing more food for the planet. In accordance with this scientific evidence, pioneering farmers and chefs around the world are discovering new ways to produce and prepare the food we should be eating. Fuck family farmed and organic!!! The animals have to die and live in horrible conditions EVEN when they are raised organic.

Go VEGAN, that is the only way.

First of all: plants don't have a central nervous system nor a brain to tell them when or where parts of them are in pain. Secondly, and you should really pay attention now: consider this: all of the animals you eat EAT PLANTS — and lots of them. In fact, it takes 5-10 times more plants to produce an animal-based diet than a plant-based one. So even if you believe plants do suffer like animals do, it's still better to be a veg(etari)an than a (self-proclaimed) carnivore.

Horse meat, donkey meat, rat meat, dog meat and other crap mixed together in your "Beef Burger" and mad cow disease and foot and mouth disease won't put you off, nothing will.

That is of course, your opinion. 'How do you know someone is a vegan? - they'll tell you'...

Many of the world's healthiest and strongest people live on an omnivorous diet. Your squeamishness at killing other animals for food is not an argument for veganism.

Yes and there are many animal species that do eat meat and they are called predators. We just don't eat them as their meat would taste horrible.

I don't know many people on an animal based diet. If they are not vegans or vegetarians they are ominivores not carnivores. People are of three main metabolic types; carb type, fat and protein type and mixed type. The fancy vegan recipes in this film use ingredients flown in from the tropics so contribute towards use of fuel.

if you want people to change, be kind, notice small changes they make and guive them encouragement/. Frame into health terms that can make them want to go towards vegetarian or vegan. I know you feel passionately but I see many vegan makes these mistakes or seeming elitist and demanding and that is not helping but hurting their cause. someone who eats meat two days a week is saving about 755 of the animals/products they were using and that adds up to a lot less cruelty
