Totally ignored at Golden Corral

At first, we thought it was an oversight, then we noticed no one would even look our way. Two managers had to walk right by our stack of dirty dishes to get to their office. In the end, one mnager who wouldn't talk to us yelled at a poor Russian girl who didn't know our table was assigned to her. Problem with that is, that manager was by our table all night and apparently noticed but did nothing about it. Hey GC, if you're watching this, I wouldn't mess with the server!

I work at GC. I'm sorry that you had bad service. That is unacceptable. We need to feel that the people that walk through the door are GUESTS, not customers. I am trying to reiterate and implement the standards we had 15 years ago.

why would you tip before you get service? the whole point of tipping is to pay your server based on the service you got. If you tipped decently to someone who did a terrible job, you just wasted money.
