This is awesome! I want to try this with my lever harp!!
-
@phantombagpiper Thanks for the tips! Right now I'm only looking into playing this accompanying a flute, so the melodic lever changes aren't something I'm concerned about, but I didn't even notice the ones in the melody, you do them very smoothly. Maybe I'll try it with melody someday when I have a little more practice!

More Please!!!!! Wow, that was phenomenally brilliant!!!!...I also loved the strumming and harmonics on the harp, Dave Brubeck would be proud......Harp On! Gloria...

Wow, it looks like you don't have any lever changes- do you have the levers in a natural scale here? Or did you just flip the lever so fast that I missed it? I'd love to know becuase lever changes are my biggest weakness.

@thefortysecond Hi, Theres lever changes at 2mins10secs for the slidey notes effect, theres 2 at 2:33 and 2:36 for the accidental in 'greensleeves' and 2 very quick ones at 3:04 for the half-damped gliss 'chords'.
However one of the top notes is re-tuned before the piece starts in order to get the tune right in the 1st bar.

@amandahunter100
Sorry I have never written it down, it's best to have a go at working out your own arrangement anyway!

Well done! That was amazing. What type of harp do you have? I have played this piece before but not on harp. Did you arrange this yourself? You are both really talented. Thank you.

@AnnieNancyharp thanks for that! Nice to be appreciated! The harp is a Salvi Egan and yes all arrangements are by us, I used to joke that after College, everyone only asked for 'Greensleeves' so put it in here for a laugh.
