In the spring of 2003, David Lynch was commissioned by the Prince's Trust to re-edit the Bobby Bill Thornton opus, 'Sling Blade'. This, is the result. It broke all previous box-office records in Utrecht.

Yes folks, people still are baptised in the rivers in the south, and some people still talk this way without the retard factor depicted in the movie.
Today, many people in parts of the south are getting away from this culture, yet it still exists. Personally, I hope it never dies. Somehow there is beauty in it...Thank you, Billy Bob Thorton!

Billy Bob Thorton is an Arkansas native,movie producer,and actor...I think he has dabbled in just about everything
regarding Hollywood, including Angelia Jolie. He makes me proud for being a Southerner, because he isn't afraid to introduce the world to the true blue collar southern culture. This particular movie (where he plays "Carl" nails the late 70's early 80's of the blue collar American South) is brillant, and will be a classic.
