Many a times I saw Ospreys at Jones Beach dive-bombing and plucking fish from the inlets and tributarys.

I have been attacked by an osprey, a black bear and a moose.
The osprey was the worst.
If you think they look big on film, you should see them when you are at the bottom of a dive bomb.
The Lesson, never work under an osprey nest!

Its amazing how they hold the fish headfirst and paralell with the body to minimize drag.
