ok i just have a question that i've always wondered, so if you only do these thigh excercises (no cardio) would that make your legs firmer but just bigger? like would ur thighs would be big in size bc of the fat but there wouldn't be any jiggle since u toned them w/these excercises? or what happens? thnxx

Hi, yes you would tone up your thighs, but not necessarily reduce their size. Toning them up make make them appear more shapely and firm which can make them look better, but real size reduction comes from losing excess fat which you would need to do with diet and cardio.

Hi, yes you should, but you also want to do some cardio exercise because that helps to burn calories and fat. This helps slim the leg by toning and building muscle.

hey thanks for the tips =) .. so right now i have really skinny thighs so if i do that wall squat thing for 15 minutes like your son (if i can ahha) will it get my inner thighs and back thighs bigger??

Hi, they will get firmer, stronger and more defined. Having more developed leg muscles can make them a bit bigger and more shapely.
