Sherm, I owe you a major debt of gratitude! You have solved my biggest and most annoying computer issue. Thank you so much for posting this simple solution to an otherwise aggravating problem. I should have suspected it was a services issue. (I'd checked the Device Manager a number of times, to no avail.) This is so fantastic!
Also, thank you for posting such cool Illustrator videos. I wish I could use the program as well as you. Your template was very helpful, and most appreciated.
