it can't. a ps1 would never have enough power to run 720p grafics like these.. i agree that KOF12 is not the best fighter. but snk had good KOFs and bad KOFs. let's hope they learn everything bad from KOF12 and make a fantastic KOF13!

my friend is a huge snk fan, and he had this game, i went over his house and played for abuot 20 minutes then threw on STREETFIGHTER4 cuz we agreed kof12 blows big time. just play sf4 you're better off.
