  • This video is a perfect pace for me who is used to doing power vinyasa. I'm only 14 wks pregnant but I am always skeptical about what twists & turns my body makes when it comes to the safety of my unborn. Thanks for the video. I'll do these daily!

  • @patricia2952 its for pregnancy,.. hello!?! your not supposed to rush anything first off during pregnancy and Emily shows us calmly and slowly how to do these exercises. She takes the time to really teach us how and what to do not to harm you or the baby..  if u need something faster go to Karate or something... -.-*
