Luigi's Mansion speedrun - segment 6

This is one segment of a Luigi's Mansion speedrun done in 13 segments with save-warping, using the PAL version on a Wii. I started it a long time ago but never got round to completing; I uploaded it now as I realised I'll probably never finish.

This is my third attempt at this speedrun; the first came out at around 1:41 (that was a test run), the second at about 1:31:30, and I aim to reach 1:30 or lower with this, after having split two of the longer segments and improved the route a little (oh, and of course, there are fewer mistakes). I'm quite confident that this is the best possible route to take. I focus mainly on mistakes in the segment comments, so I hope I don't sound too pessimistic...

Segment 6
This segment contains one of the major improvements I've made to the route since my last run, and I made it. Just about. The thing is, this segment was tricky enough before, and now with an added two rooms on the end and an extra, difficult Boo, it's the hardest segment so far. The advantage is that there's one less time I have to go up and down the stairs later on.

The parts I generally fail at most are capturing the Boos, of which there are three here. Other than that, the ghost in the Bathroom is hard for me to get in two attempts, while Nana is hard to hit with all three balls of wool. I managed to succeed with all of that this time, as well as hitting the Moon with the meteor first time.

The mistakes in this segment are: I had to chase the Nana's Room Boo into another room; I forgot which candle contained the element ghost in the 2F Hallway; and I took a while to find and catch the last Boo. I also lost time going through the Hallway the first time - the ghosts that appear are random.

This run isn't finished yet (stopped months ago and never got back to it), but a worse run I completed before was about 1 hour, 31.5 minutes.

I didn't beat every Portrait Ghost or get all the money or Boos, no. I just got the minimum required to finish the game.

So um...What does "PAL" mean and where can I get the PAL version?

what does pal stand for anyways plus this version on the second run though is much harder
