We have a local real estate brokerage that brags in their radio advertising about how they, on average, sell for 12% more than all the other local listing real estate companies. And, they also brag about how they sell the homes that they list twice as fast as anyone else. If true, then I would certainly advise against any buyer working with that outfit directly!!!
