@sakuranbo888 I think it is actually kind of hard for ladyboys NOT to be narcissistic...unlike regular girls, they simply HAVE to spend a lot of time worrying about how they look and always have to think about that next little thing they can do to make their outward appearance match how they feel inwardly.
