It is actually both but the human evolution is mostly fact now. Most Grains are not meant to be consume. A 1 or 2 like rice can be consume moderately.

  • @TheRosa63

theory of evolution is no longer a theory. it is a FACT now!

we are OMNIVORES weather you like it or not.

  • you shouldn't base a whole diet on a theory of evolution that has not been proven correct. you can see alot of fossiles of animals of past but no ape man fossils. and apes and monkeys are mostly vegetarians and grain eaters fruit etc and some meat but meat does not dominate. the climate was warm from pole to pole. warm plants and animals are found in siberia and cold regions. like orange and lemon trees. mammoths who have hair not fur. hair is not very warm.

  • Tell us more about this test of the intestinal screening ... Thanks

  • Enjoyed your vid :)

  • would u mind asking me what u do professionally

  • @NewtonsMom Are you sure we lived that much shorter lives? From what I understand infant mortality is a HUGE factor contributing to those low average lifespans(even today in third world areas). And having seen all older people around me go through, operations and take drugs starting usually after late 50s I think a big factor in our longevity is medical advancement. Not saying paleo diets extend life, just don't know that our current longevity is conclusive evidence either way.

  • @humanbiker High carb sucks, you are an endurance athlete so it may work for you. Med fat, med carbs. Protein and fat is essential. Carbs are secondary.

  • What makes grains any different from vegetables? (Serious question seeing how both were farmed after the Neolithic revolution.)
