when i click my ipod, theres just a "internal storage" and if i click it again only one folder shows up and its called DCIM. what should i do?

@darken731 YUSH IT WORKED!!!!. Thanks man, my laptop had a virus that stopped me from accesing the internet so i had it reset but everything was wiped out =-( . I knew that it was possible to get songs from your ipod into itunes but i didnt know how, so i've downloaded like 60 songs already and then i just had a random idea to look on youtube to see if anyone knew how to and i found your vid and it helped SO FRIGGIN MUCH man, thx, your a life and internet usage saver, Ima sub u coz U ARE GODLIKE

This doesn't work when I drag the folder onto iTunes nothing. Wont even select any folders via iTunes can't see where I've gone wrong

you forgot a step... you must unhide the folder after you find the hidden folders for it to transfer to itunes

Thanx darken. Comp crashed last year. Havent been able to add songs to my ipod shuffle. Yes Im waaay behind.lol. I cant afford a touch. Anyway after Whitney passed I really wanted to add some of her live performances, but couldnt because my new comp wanted to sync. All the how to sites on google are so confusing. This was very easy and applies to windows7 which is the system I have. Again thanks. Ill now be able to add a ton of songs I didnt have before from my fav singer who recently passed :-)

@antsg1234 If you're having trouble transferring the folder in to iTunes, double click on the file. You will probably see lots of individual folders with weird names. Go in to each folder, and in those folders will be your songs (just with weird names). Click on the top file, then go down to the last one, press SHIFT and click. This will highlight all of your songs, which you can then drag in to your iTunes library. Do this for each folder within the Music folder. If anyone has trouble, msg me!
