  • hey hey! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my BF got detailed Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.

  • Your leg workout suck. There are no strength component at all. Lifting heavy weights = big legs ? Are you kidding me.

  • as a div 1 college athlete... running 8 miles a day is hard on your knees. Even if you build up to it. Everyone has a different bone-joint matrix, as well as body type. The universal is you need to balance strength with cardio in a way that is right for your body at your age.

  • @Katie01967 well yeah, but it depends on your body type. Especially if your family is known to have bad joints it could really hurt your knees, ankles, et cetera. Of course you could work on strengthening the muscles around those areas but that can only do so much.

  • @cealrilzya - not if you build up to it gradually and give yourself a day or 2 per week off from running. Many athletes run that far every day for years.

  • @meggora - im an athletic trainer, 8 miles a day is awful for you in the long run.
