they should make it to where you can interact with the Npc's and gain their trust and have them help you if you help them and come on epic adventures! that would be neat! and also maybe you could talk to the, as if you were talking to someone in multiplayer! i hope they do something like this. and hopefully the npc wont be retarded and all look the same. is there a mod or any way this could be done?
