I have been meditating for 30+ years and recently found the use of a traditional meditation cushion makes it 100% easier to remain comfortable while sitting for long periods of time. Meditation can help many aspects of your life. See my website for more info on cushions. Peace

I have been to a retreat where when you sat down for a long period of time becomes painful. But if you can let go and relax, you can sit still for a very long time.
Also reminds me of yoga. Very cool this. I heard there are many studies going on about meditation.

Very impressive but not hard to believe...we have so many ways of helping ourselves!!!
We should all research things that we can do on our own instead of relying on chemicals and such!
