Ive was on the pill on and off since my daughter was born almost 3yrs ago. I have no idea how long my cycle is, but i have been off the pill for a month now. The start of my last period was on the 20th january but this month there hasnt been 1 sign of it appearing. I took a test yesterday and it was negative. when do you recommend testing?

It takes time for your cycles to return to a regular rhythm after taking the pill. If your test is negative and your period doesn't start for another week take an early morning pregnancy test in about one weeks time. If your period was Jan. 20th and you are pregnant you would be 4 weeks 5 days as of Feb. 22nd. and you would have a positive pregnancy test within a week's time.

yes i did and it was Negative but my breasts are reallly sore

If your breasts are sore it could be other female hormones and not necessarily pregnancy that is the cause. Have you missed your period? If you have then try a home pregnancy kit to see if you get positive results.
