President Obama addressing the NAACP on its 100th anniversary, stressing the importance of parenting and responsibility. "That means putting away the X-Box."

He adds that "we need to go back to the day when parents saw somebody foolin' around - it wasn't your child, but... they'll whoop you anyway... Or at least they'll tell your parents..."
