@122333nic "C" series stainless, indicates a significant nickel content; thus, making it more stain resistant—and resistant to chipping, soft enough that, you might be able to hammer the blade through a small bolt—not a grade 8 bolt, and probably not SAE, a grade 5, but maybe a grade 3, . . .
