Newton's Law of Universal Gravitation can be summarized as "all mass attracts all other mass." But if this is true, why don't we notice the gravitational force of attraction between everyday objects? The reason is because the gravitational force is quite weak.

  • @1veritasium You are more attractive with the beard. Especially if you braid it with lead.

  • Do you do any tutorials with physics? also I expected to see you at orientation! but I didnt haha

  • what's wrong with your twin ? :P

  • So everybody I have ever met has been attracted to my penis? I knew it!

  • Quote from "Ancient Scientist Codex". Page 0 Rule 2:

The "bearded-ness" B of a body is parallel and directly proportional to the scientific-ness S of this body. B = S

  • year 12 physics ftw

  • @Ace1of2Spades3 I'm also not very advanced in physics (I'm a junior first time taking it), but 6.7x10^(-11) only has 3 significant figures. Also, you probably mean to say "accurate" not "precise". They are not the same thing in physics. ;-)

I assume that the constant was calculated taking an average of the force of several objects towards earth at varying distances. Known cosmic phenomena, such as the planets' rotation around the sun, may have also helped find the average constant.

  • But how was the gravitational constant calculated?

  • oh btws, i kinda love your brother now XD super funny!!!
