The newer 'TSI' engine (2.0T) has a 'TIMING CHAIN' and the older 'FSI' engine has a 'TIMING BELT.'

Power output is the same but the new engine has totally redesigned internals, head and externals.
It has been said to be able to handle more power (due to its re-engineering) but makes the same stock HP.

i just bought this car two days ago, and here in the US it's called the Wolfsburg Edition. mine doesn't have fogs, but i have a trunk spoiler. this car is amazing and i love driving it. VW FTW!

is this car tsi ot tfsi? tsi=supercharger+turbocharger tfsi=turbocharger i have tsi 1400 cc 170 hp, if your car is tsi 2000, itshould be more than 300hp? which one? where are you living? maybe in your country vw's s/m strategy is different...
