what does sense do in a soldier?

@renanzerox It affects the ability that a soldier has to detect the enemies that are nearby, If u pause the game you can see a blue circle around your character icon, that is the sense area

@Znes1990 I find items by searching on enemies, maybe in Hard or Extreme it is easier to get them.
