@7Kushani he used it true, but its not copying, you can buy rights to a certain piece of music if you want to use it in your own work.

@chanakagp Its not necassarily "copying" he probably liked the melody, so decided to use it in his song, cant say he copied as long as he bought the rights to use it from the original artist.
