Host: Hi, and welcome to How To Successfully Run An Ice Breaker Game. Now the great thing about ice breaker games is you can use them for any type of event, whether it be a party, or with people that you dont know and want to get to know, or even like a business team meeting where you just want everyone to kind of get excited together and get the energy up. So its great for energy, its great for connecting people, and you have to think outside the box so it helps with creativity. So the game were going to do today is called Props and what were going to do is take an object; so lets say my yummy Perrier and were going to use it for its unintended purpose. In this game youd pass it from person to person and they would use it for something other than a Perrier bottle. For example, if I got the Perrier bottle: Do you believe in live after love? So its a microphone. I know, its hysterical but the one thing is having everyone think of something different for that item. So this is our first item up:
Participant #1:Hello. This is my cell phone. Hello.
Participant #2: *plays item like a musical instrument.*
Participant #3: Thank you sir, may I have another?
Host: Very nice. So you saw how they all used this piece of wood for an unintended purpose. So our next item is a popular slinky, so lets see what we come up with.
Participant #1: Im a clown, Im a clown!
Participant #2: *elephant noise*
Participant #3: Did you see that guy who was so hot? AWOOOGA!
Host: Very nice, and our final item that were going to show is this kind of a weird squishy ball so here we go.
Participant #1: I have the tiniest basketball. *pretends to do a jump shot*
Participant #2: Anybody see my eye? Anybody see my eye?
Participant #3: The blowfishs natural defense mechanism.
Host: Doctor, I want an implant but its gotta be bigger than this. So thank you so much for learning how to successfully run a game called Props. You can get anything from around the office, around the home to have fun with and itll get everyone thinking outside the box and having a great time. So good job everyone, thank you for joining us!
