SPEED ART: Scout

For high quality, select 480p on the player. Messing around with SAI...it's a pretty good art program imo.

This was spose to be for a contest but I decided not to submit. Not enough time, mistakes that I was too lazy to change, and I wasn't really into it to begin with (watched news, listened to online lectures, or chatted while working on it). I coulda shaved an hour—hour and a half maybe—if I buckled down. O well, the main goal was just to teach myself how to use and get a feel for SAI and that mission's accomplished.
