Joe Cocker Mad Dogs - Cry me a River 1970

Here it is! The original Joe Cocker / Mad Dogs and Englishmen clip of Cry Me A River. Rare as anything and curiously left off the Mad Dogs vid & DVD. Sheer vocal power and great band!

So glad to see this instead of playing it a million times back in the seventies...awesome singer, hope he dried out after all these years.

I think it's Rita Coolidge who recorded 'All Time High' for the James Bond film Octopussy in 1983.

You wanna see what Leon USED to look like? Just type in "Leon Russell High Heeled Sneakers" and watch him on "Shindig!" in 1964! It'll blow your mind.

Well the version on the album is from the Fillmore East shows they did on March 27-28, 1970. This here is from Friday, April 18, 1970 at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. What I'm talking about is that I just bought a vinyl copy with the stereo channels REVERSED! I can't explain it and I don't think I'll find anyone who will. I'm thinking the pressing plant got it wrong somehow and someway got the channels reversed when they stamped the vinyl. Very weird!
