You are bidding on a used Mackie Conrol Universal. This unit is in great condition and all faders work great and no calibration issues.
I have 2 of these, but just dont need that many channels so I offer it up for sale!
There are a few light scratches here and there, but nothing that impacts the usability in any way!
The MCU series is great, it really gives you a good hands-on feel to your music and software instruments. I have a whole setup with the extender and the c4 all set up in front of my main keyboard. With all that there was just no space for 1 more MCU! This is almost identical as the new Pro series MCU, the only differences being the color, the slightly smaller footprint, and a built in USB and Midi interface (pro has it, this does not!)
I use this with Logic Studio 8, and it is just amazing how tightly integrated the controller is into Logic. The more you use it, the faster you get and the deeper the controls become. You will find over time that you rarely touch the mouse and keyboard! Included with Logic is a section of the Control Surfaces Manual dedicated to this unit. Don't know about the other DAWs as I only use Logic but I'm sure it is similar.
Also included is the power supply, manual, registration card, and these overlays:
Pro Tools
Cubase
Digital Performer
Cool Edit Pro
Vegas
There is 1 more overlay but I dont know what for, see photos.
Unit will be carefully wrapped and shipped anywhere in the US. If you are in Los Angeles, you can pick up the unit to save on the shipping fees, but your paypal payment must clear first.
Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
I want one, but I wanna know what the difference is in the pro. Are there any new features?

The only difference between this and the pro is the pro includes a built-in midi interface. This one you have to buy an external midi interface to use it. The pro also has a slightly smaller case, but the electronics are exactly the same.
