I don't really know if this is helpful or not, but I'm definitely going to be trying what she explained in the beginning.
My problem with push-ups is that I really can't go down far enough. Maybe I'm locking my joints, but I really don't know. I just can't seem to lower myself as far as you're supposed to and I really need to do this haha.

This vid is definetely a big help. I'm so poor at gymnastic activities, I tried to do push up seconds ago, but my stomach and chest kept hitting the floor, I can't keep the distance between them like u do. This is frustating....

depends on what your doin trust me your elbows wont rip appart cause your leanin on it with your body weight unless your are jumbo size ofc

Cool. I need to work on my push-ups. I have to do push-ups in Aikido practice, and it's embarrassing because I can't really do one...... one of my goals for the next few months, which I've been working on. You really shouldn't lock your joints, though. That looks dangerous... in Aikido practice we learn to NEVER lock our joints.
