Unboxing: ATI Firepro V7800 Workstation Graphics Card

In this video I unbox the ATI Firepro V7800 Workstation Graphics Card. I am surprised by the fact that there is so little information on this card on YouTube or on blogs. I see nothing but benchmarks comparing it from other Firepro cards...but no pictures of people holding it and such...

This card is awesome! but a whopping 11inches long! If you have a smaller case...be sure to also have space for the 6 pin power cord that needs to be hooked up....I put this card in my Coolermaster HAF 922 case.

i think most people can open a box, an install video might have been useful. i have this graphics card and it's pretty useless, it leaves artifacts all over my screen and is incompatible with the 3d package i use.

@harrynicholas That's actually part 10 to my "How to Build a Computer" series. As for the "uselessness"...Sorry you experienced problems. Card has been running perfectly here with awesome performance (compared to college comps geared towards running 3D programs) for over a year now...

I bought this card and I have big troubles with 3ds max. When I open max file it crashes or the viewport is black. I've installed the newest drivers, the performance plugins for 3ds max but still the same. Anyone have a similar problem?

@VvCompHelpvV Basically,His card IS ACTUALLY not for a gaming card.You can play games on it..Though not really high-end though.The card is basically 3D Modeling,Animation and stuff..These cards can range up to 10K..

@Theslywaffle You can for example, render videos faster than normal Gaming car but with gaming card you can play games better!
