Robot based offshore-access-system. Safe access to offshore wind turbines and other offshore structures up to 2.5 meters Hs wave height.

MOTS compensates ship movements in all directions. The aerial lift cage is kept steady in front of the boat landing in the case of vertical ship movements of up to 3.2 metres at the place of installation of the MOTS, enabling safe transfer from the ship to stationary offshore structures.
On account of its low weight the MOTS can be used even on the bow/stern of small ships. The compact design of the MOTS makes simple, space-saving installation and retrofitting possible, giving rise to interesting possibilities for use on larger vehicles too.
In the optional "follow mode" the MOTS is capable of performing ship to ship transfers which, in the construction and servicing of wind farms, considerably increases safety during disembarkation, for instance from hotel ships, and reduces weather-related delays.
