A1277864 Caspian N.CENTRAL

A1277864 Caspian is a great medium-size dog! He was being wonderful with the children petting him in the park and with the volunteers petting him all over and picking him up, as you can see in his video. (They were calling him Oliver at the mobile so that's said in his video, but his name at the shelter is Caspian.)
