  • What is gesso for?

  • @LusciousApril Its basically a primer to use to cover up an already used page so that you can start fresh and new :) You could always use white paint though. Also, if the paper isn't white already, I would use either gesso or white paint and put a layer of that down first...because that way whatever you paint next will be nice and bright instead of being dulled down by whatever the color was before :)

  • what is the name of those waterbase crayons you are using?
