i remember when crack hit east baltimore when i was young..like 8..and from 8 to 12 years old, i saw the most violent, savage behavior i ever seen in my life in and around my hood. It perpetuated the "hood rich" ideal and killed so many...around 87-88 the population of baltimore was a little over 900,000. now its a little over 600,000.......

Why would you watch this if you hate blacks so much.You show much love every time you open your mouth with a racial comment none of that crap matters any more,not to real black ppl who work hard everyday educate their children and take care of themselves. @stillmatic23 Brother, and there lies the problem. We are not a violent people. Yet, we will watch as our family members are shot dead in the street with little to no consequences. They used our young as alligator bait. We kill each other, and not the enemy. They say, with war, there are going to be casualties. But we are the casualties. They shot a 16 teen yrs old 6 times, and the commish says on tv. it was justified beacuse he had a knife. Yet, they shot the white guy with a knife, in the arm.
