Pixy always respected your character. He fires on you because his political motivation. He was friends with the lead of team wizard I believe, and he was presented the option of joining the terrorist group. They only wanted a world without borders.
Also, it doesn't say, but I tend to believe Pixy was from Belka.

lol, i didnt even realized he fired at me. i picked up no tone and nothing was on radar. i just hear awacs tell pixy he's firing at friendlies.
