Robert D "Hoppy" Hobson, a popular Fairhaven lobsterman pulled up to the pier at Hoppys Landing (appropriately named after him) to replace a badly worn shackle. The shackle attaches to the anchor chain that keep his boat , the HOLLY JO , safely at anchor. This repair is just in time for more bad weather here along South Coast Massachusetts in preparation for yet another Nor'Easter. THIS GALE WATCH IS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH MONDAY EVENING. THIS IS FOR NANTUCKET SOUND. EASTERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE LATE TONIGHT AND GUST TO AROUND 25 KNOTS BY MONDAY MORNING.
