  • My name is Bo.

My father really wanted to have kids and played this when I was just born. One year after that he drowned.

This song is the most special song in the world to me, whenever it gets on I have to listen to it till the end.

And when I go to my father I want this to be played at my funeral.

    R.I.P. dad

  • @hafstepper What a wonderful performer.Simply the best all-round artist that will ever exist.

I am a 68 yo Australian & had the thrill to see Sammy perform at the Festival Hall in the 1960's.

The whole show was electrifying with Sammy;s amazing voice, his fantastic impersonations, his whip cracking & lastly his six-gun routine.I think he was reputed to be the second fasted draw of a hand-gun in the world.

The whole show was amazing & i was blessed to see him live.

  • my life is fucking complete

  • Back then we had Sammy Davis Jr.; today we have "Jersey Shore" & "American Idol:. The epitome of the deterioration of entertainment.

  • @MrFlutty One day they will grow up0 and realise just how good this song is and how brilliant Sammy Davis was, MrFluffy. I did.

  • This was my Mum's favourite song. Played at her funeral.

Always brings a tear to my eye. Miss you Mum. <3

  • A few days ago, while I was in school, I was listening to this very song on my phone. When a few classmates walked up to me and asked what I was listening to, I let them listen to it. Afterwards, they said that it was "a boring and bad song".

I feel sorry for my generation, and their taste in music. (I'm 14 years old)

  • heard this so many times, it always sounds so much more, cant really put it into words why it touches so much more, but it really does, go Sammy!!!!!!!

  • @bokado3
