Tostonera Tostobueno's #1 FAN

Last year -- I, Annette E Alvarez, a proud Tosto-Chick, did not make it to Castle Hill's Bronx YMCA, Bon Appetit night where area restaurants get together to feed the Bronxites whose donation to the Y gives them an all food pass. For weeks after the '07 event and for weeks before the '08 year's event all I heard was about the great food and fun I missed or will be having. I may not have been there but boy -- I knew what I had missed. I'm the one who puts all these blogs together and, well this is what Chef DonClark wrote about Bon Appetit '07.
