Doc my nerve conduction said: this is an abnormal nerve conduction because of mild delay along the motor fibers of the left tibial nerve and because of the delay of the distal latency for both tibial nerves, which are highly suggestive of a bilateral posterior tarsal tunnel syndrome.

@Martinnunez1987 Yes it can be bilateral, but it is much more common as a unilateral condition. MRI and diagnostic injections are the way to pin down an accurate diagnosis. Best wishes.
