Saving Hedwidge Polder

This is a new paced version of a pilot program for a documentary about flooding polders in Holland and Belgium ... to accomodate the widening of the river Schelde and thus increase the capacity of servicing more containers ships in the harbor of Antwerpen at the expense of local populations.
