An original piece, inspired by Hendrix a bit. I'm just enjoying playing this Hagstrom. It sounds great.

  • i bought one of these, but when i use the whammy, the strings get tighter, fast. my f200p has 2 springs and i'm using a floyd rose whammy bar on it because i don't have the hagstrom 1. do you have any suggestions? thank you

  • @hockeyjockguitarist This trem design has a lot of set screws to tighten everything down. Make sure they are all snug. That will clamp the saddles in place to better transfer tone. Add a drop of silicon lubricant at the nut slots and where the strings break at the bridge saddles. There are guitar specific brands of lube but you'll get ripped off. I bought a pen-size tube at Radio Shack around 8 years ago and it's still only half empty. I drop some lube when changing strings on all of my guitars.

  • @hockeyjockguitarist Also research on how to wind the strings at the tuning posts. They should have a wrap over and under the string as it enters the post. This essentially "locks" the string in place. Maybe a wrap or two after that. Stretch out and re-tune new strings a couple times and you should be good to go. It's rare that I have tuning problems when taking these simple steps. Hope that helps.

  • can you get a case for this? i wanna take care of it if i get it.

  • @TheSchoolsux345 There are cases available. They're decent. I had one with this guitar.

  • ok so i'm rele interested in buying gibson p90s, can gibson pickups working on a fender squier???? plez tell i'm rele curious

  • If, by Squier, you mean the Strat style model, you should be able to install P90's. It may require some routing and a different pickguard, of course. I've seen Strats with P90's so I know it can be done.
