Ok I'm from South Africa... I don't know half the heroes you're mentioning... But as far as Blade goes... he's an emotionally detached vampire with one friend... Superman had Lewis Lane, Spiderman had Mary Jane and his Grammie, The X-Men had each other and the whole mutant institute... But I get your point.

Well, trust me. The Green Lantern and The Black Panther are big in the United States.
I'm surprised they don't have the Black Panther over there.
And, Storm is actually the leader of the X-Men now that they exiled Charles for wiping their minds clean of his responsiblity for the deaths of the Young Avengers.
